    My copy still hasn’t arrived. I think Rick would have done better attaching some of our copies to homing tortoises - think they would have arrived quicker than the ever-failing postal service

    wouldn't have a clue how it would work but have you ever considered a subscription service whereby it could be read online? Would save on postage and save on trees too !!
