    That's different Mr Big, I met a Romanian girl out there so I taught her a bit of English.
    That was in Medias.

    Some of her mates wanted US dollars and me to get them entry into the UK.


    The Romanian lingo wasn't too difficult to pick up, sounding a bit Italian - and the 2nd language was French, except for a couple of pockets of German in Transylvania.

    Remember going to Count Dracula's castle in Bran, up in the hills above Brasov.
    It was only September, but it snowed overnight.
    It seemed really incongruous to see snow on apples hanging on the trees and on the pots of bright red geraniums.

    I have the same miserable post-match feeling I've had oh-so-often this season. Gutted - even if it was entirely expected.
