Cancel his contract. To be doing that at 35-years-old for the second time in a season is beyond unprofessional.

Always been shit, a centre mid that cannot pass a ball, and turns like a robot0
-
Has always given his best but a year past it and not good enough any more. Always thought I would like to see him stay on as a coach but today's sending off and so soon after another says maybe he does not have the maturity/temperament you would expect of a 35 year old.2

If he's so bad why does he keep starting?0
-
Slow, no first touch, poor passing, can’t head it, often out of position.Only upside is when given a specific job to stop oppo playing.0

Whatever anyone's opinion is of Pratley (and I'm definitely not defending his two pathetic sendings off), who is a better ball winner than Pratley?
His job is to win the ball and lay it off (I fully accept his limitations).2 -
Has been released as per the Rumour thread...

Well done for all Pratley. The Play Off semi final, final and Championship season impressed us all.

Nothing but positive words to say about Pratley. Gave his all during those three seasons and scored probably one of the most important goals in our recent history.
Hopefully, he will get another league 1 club and can give him a clap next season.28 -
Devo. Obviously the right decision given his age and contract status but he was absolutely huge for us during the play-offs and our difficult Championship season. Proper warrior and a great signing for us for the impact he had

I'm going to miss Darren's weird energy - his demonic smile in the face of acts of physical brutality, whether he was on the receiving end or dishing it out. All the best, big man.19

Good pro. Doncaster at H was such a massive goal. Can’t say anything bad about the guy.
I understand why we have released him, but in all honesty I think he could offer more than Watson. He’s certainly not the most technical player, but sometimes you need what he brings.
Hopefully he gets picked up if he plans to continue playing. League 2 sides could do a lot worse.16 -
Thanks Darren gave his all every time, played out of position to help the team and dragged us to Wembley. Best of luck in the future1
-
The first player who has thanked Bowyer too! It felt that Pratters was with us for longer than 3 years.6
-
Thanks Darren for all your efforts. A credit to your professionalism that you're still going at 362
-
We're going to have to replace the dodgy free kicks he wins in injury time now he's gone. Love watching him fall like an accordion tossed down a staircase when we're 1-0 up

I hope he comes back with his new club or when he retires so we can really show him some deserved appreciation. He definitely falls into that category.6

Thanks Dazza, it was a pleasure watching you play for us. Good luck with your next move.0

Never gave less than 100% and by all accounts a good influence in the dressing room.
Good luck Darren in whatever you choose to do next.1 -
Think he’s been a good servant, would much rather retain him than Watson tbh9
-
Sad to see him go, always gave 100% for us and always did whatever the manager asked. I think the younger players will miss him around as well as was quite a mentor.
We wouldn't have got promoted without him, and not just for that goal.4 -
What a servant he’s been for us, who’d have thought signing at his age he’d get over 100 games in the shirt.

Watson to play even more next season then, ho hum0
