    Play Purrington would be a start.

    For tonight play 3 at the back. 
    Purrington - excellent idea if he was on the bench.

    Three (five) at the back is way too negative for this fanbase in their current mood.
    I know Purrington is not on the bench. I was saying that he should have been selected instead of Maatsen, who is a poor defender.

    3-5-2 does not have to be negative, quite the opposite. Surely you play the system that suits the players that you have and gives you the best chance of winning. Gunter is poor at right back but would be fine in a three with Famewo and Pearce. Replace Maatsen with Watson, who would play at the centre, with Albie on the right of him and JFC to the left. Keep Millar to the wide left and have Shinnie or DJ on the right.
    Replace Stockley with Chuks and away you go. 
    Millar and Shinnie or DJ as wing backs? Remember when Smyth played there...

    Rovers on the attack and Shinnie goes down in the corner, claiming a freekick but the ref is unimpressed. It's a bit worrying in our area for a bit but eventually we clear upfield and Washington is JUST offside, else he'd have been well away
