What a strange game. Arguably the best this season in terms of quality on the pitch, and one we had the ascendancy the whole game. But crossing... disaster... and reflected in the scores

Matthews 6.5 provided less support than usual going forward. But up against quality for this level, as all 4 defenders were
Pearce 6.5 Quality after 10 minutes, but by that point the damage was done
Inniss 6.5 Similar, less effective in their box as very well marshalled
Purrington 7 The strongest defender, but in a 5 minute display put in a few identical crap crosses
Watson 7.5 After 10 minutes he was massive, broke down so many attacks, including a memorable tackle in our box to deny a clear chance
JFC 7 Usual excellent effort, but couldn't lay a final ball or set piece
Gilbey 8 MoM So glad to see him shine today, Bout time. Improving every game. He used to be shite, but now he's alright...
Millar 7.5 One of the worst displays of crossing I've seen. But otherwise he ran the show.
Stockley 7 , inc -1 for penalty. Low, or high, not in the middle. But it was still a very good save, and usual full on performance from Jayden.
Morgan 6.5 In that game you need more presence. Put in the only good cross of the game to the far post, but not enough.
Adkins - should've had Shinnie on the bench, top assister
