Charlton v Birmingham - MATCH THREAD

Birmingham will be knackered after Monday so i predict a 1-0 for Charlton.0
-
I really can`t believe that 64% think Charlton will win this one......Mad I tell thee !0
-
We have a decent record against Brum at home.
Alas......0-2. Bent will score, I'm sure he has scored a few against over the years. A couple for Ipswich at the Valley in a 3-1 defeat spring to mind.
If Phillips starts and is around 5-1 he'll be getting some money waged on him as first goalscorer.0 -
Easy win for Charlton. Nurse!0
-
After last night's SheffU win, the pressure is definitely on Brum - maybe works in our favour if we can keep them put for the first half hour.0

come on charlton0

Sky Sports:
Charlton have added rookie striker Tamer Tuna to their squad for Saturday's encounter.
The 17-year-old has been promoted to the first-team pool after scoring twice for the reserves in midweek.
Tuna could be on the bench as boss Phil Parkinson is unlikely to tinker with his starting line-up following last weekend's 3-2 win at fellow strugglers Southampton.
Darren Ambrose came on as a second-half substitute at St Mary's following a thigh injury and should be involved again.
Fellow midfielder Matt Spring has missed out on the last couple of matchday squads but should feature at some time over Easter0 -
apparently team is unchanged from Saints game0

good question! then all the rumours were untrue after all0 -
[cite]Posted By: eastbourne addick[/cite]Wheres Tuna?
He's been canned.
I think the idea was that he was part of the squad - to give him an idea of what preparing for a match day is like rather than being a member of the 16.0 -
One striker up front at home when we need to win?0
-
well its not as if our goals come from up front... at least with got sam in there to take on players and hopefully cross the ball0
-
The choice is sacrifice a midfielder for a non-scoring striker. I don't like playing 4-5-1 at home, but that formation is far more likely to produce goals than playing Kandol + Dickson or Burton.0
-
Suppose as it's only Bailey who's scoring really! Still think 4-4- 2 is more attack minded though and creates more chances. Would have started Dickson up there but not burton.0
