Leaburn and Nelson on Charlton TV for Saturday.
Doesn't Nelse have a 100% record on Charlton TV?

I'll take that as a good omen:

Oxford 0 Nadkins' Mighty Goalscoring Addicks 2 (the Headmeister and the Mountain, both from set-pieces)

Is that your pet name for Stockley?  ;)

Going to a wedding tomorrow so won't be able to watch the game - so expecting a great performance, 3-1 to us.

Just got Nord VPN. Really looking forward to tomorrow. Hoping for three points more than expecting. Hoping Charlie Kirk starts. Can pretty much predict the rest of the team.let's get behind the boys whether we are at the belt of watching on the stream. Come on you Charlton!

Going to that there London today for a show, but missus might moan a bit this afternoon though as I follow CL for 2 hours!

    0-0 or a 0-1 win

    1 - 0 to the Addicks.
Has it been confirmed whether Kirk will be in the squad?
  • 2 nil Charlton. 2 headers from set plays. Innis and Stockley.

    Anything could happen.
Hoping for the best, but not expecting it.
  • Just making my mind up about which train to catch and how to get to Paddington, probably going to leave in about an hour. Get a train ticket at the station. No rain forecast and temp about 22c so no jacket needed. Match tickets, credit cards, cash ready. Easy day out, a 1-0 win likely. Might get lucky and we get a glimpse of Kirk on the pitch at some point and a taster of what could be the deadliest strike force in the league in him, DJ, Stockley and Washington to go with what is probably the best defence. Happy days.

Please start Kirk, a left side of Gunter & Washington is about as threatening as a butter knife.
  • Think we can win today.  Come on Charlton.  Promotion push starts here.
  • Looking forward to this now.
Getting Kirk is such a game changer in terms of quality and perception of our recruitment campaign.
Hoping he gets some minutes today, although I expect Washy to start.
On a solo jaunt on the train up from Bournemouth - at my age, I must be mad!

You’ve left it until 9.46 to have your first beer? Your standards are slipping mate.

A few surprises when the bench is named.

DJ has a field day and we win 2 - 0 with goals from Morgan and Stockley.
  • Seen a few 2-0 predictions. I'll be happy if we get two shots on target...

On our way up now from Surrey. My dearest driving us up and back tomorrow, as the 2.5 hr drive would be too much for me with LC. My IOU is getting longer by the week… My son’s first ever away game, so he is super pumped for this and for once can’t moan about being in the quieter West Stand where we usually sit.

    That'll be the two goals.

    Shots off target are wasted.

I think the biggest surprise would be Albie getting on the score sheet.

His shooting last week was woeful.
