    Sheff Utd seem to finding life back in the championship very tough. Played 3, 1 point, conceded 5, scored 0.

    Ipswich look like they have the same issue we had for a while last season. Conceded 2 goals in all 5 league games so far.

    Paul Cook doesn’t sound confident of scoring 3 “As you can imagine, the dressing room is really flat and down. Unfortunately, while we’re giving two goals away a game, we’re going to find it very difficult to win games”.

    A lot of games off next weekend in L1. Apart from our game at Gillingham,  Crewe vs Morecambe, Doncaster vs Cambridge, Pompey vs Plymouth, Lincoln vs Rotherham are also off, that's 5 out of the 12 games, a record?

    Lincoln vs Rotherham has already been rearranged for the 14th September

    HALF the fixtures now off, that says something about the comparative strength of L1 this season

    It was Wycombe who called the game off - Tjay de Barr, Daryl Horgan and Anis Mehmeti will represent Gibraltar, Ireland and Albania Under-21s respectively for the Chairboys, prompting the rescheduling of the League 1 match.

    Fleetwood vs Wigan and Wednesday vs Sunderland off as well now. That leaves THREE games on Saturday, and the Bolton vs Burton game on Monday still on, that's 4 out of 12.

    It's getting to the stage where the EFL may have to consider a full international break for L1 as well.

    Bolton v Burton tonight. Finished 0-0.
    Bolton should feel a bit hard done by there. Very harshly disallowed goal and a nailed on penalty not given. Burton pretty solid in defence overall though. Quite entertaining for a 0-0.
