    Absolutely love the way Stone is called "Charlton" rather than Rodney by John Stapleton if only for the irony that in years to come we would come across the loveable character known as Rodney Charlton Trotter!

    He died in 2007. Rodney reappeared in the 1990s and was then in touch with a few people around the club, including the supporters’ club.
