    Melon, grapes, and pineapple with Greek yoghurt, seriously, saving myself for lunch, got a 5 mile run to do!

    Out on a 5 mile dog walk with Magnus. Had 1 slice of toast beforehand. Then I’ll be having smoked salmon, scrambled egg and soda bread with a big mug of tea.

    Same as always, a small bowl of bran and a few tangerines. Helps offset the stodge I’ll be consuming for the rest of the day and maintain a regular flow.

    Already had a cup of tea.  Next will be coffee and toast when Ms AA surfaces, then muesli and granola, and finally a champagne cocktail - ice, angostura bitters, Cointreau, champers, slice of orange - Ms AA's favourite cocktail so I suppose I'll have one with her just to be sociable.

    well there seems to be a trend - scrambled egg and smoked salmon (on toast rather than bagel).

    No photo but honey roast ham, poached eggs on thick white toast with lots of salted butter, polished off with 3 glasses of Bucks Fizz and 2 very strong coffees from a French press

    Bacon eggs toast with working class bucks fizz (cava).

    Walk the dog in the rain.

    A strong whisky coffee while I butter the turkey and put in the oven.
