The subs say a lot about what Jackson thinks, or not, of some of our squad.
Wonder whether he's trying to send a not all that subtle message to certain people, this being January and all....
  • Be nice if we, the ones losing, put some pressure on the opposition

Attempt missed. Sean Clare (Charlton Athletic) right footed shot from outside the box is too high.

He hasn't used any of the players on the bench unless he really has had to.  We are basically down to a squad of about 14.

Stupid fouls just gift them the game. We do it every time
  • Why the fuck hasnt this ref even bothered to book their players for kicking the ball away - Just giving them free reign for time wasting

Pathetic display. Washington has gone backwards.
Average League One player and he's one of our better players.
He'd been in an excellent run of form. His movement is very good and he's added goals to his game. He has one off night where he's missing his strike partner and we haven't put very good service in and all of a sudden he's rubbish? Short, short memories.
  • Christ referee... Cant book a Wycombe player without penalising ours

Jordan Obita (Wycombe Wanderers) is shown the yellow card.

  • Sorry referee but you've been utterly mugged off by Wycombe today.

Not really, I just don't rate him that highly. Misses a lot more than he scores, nowhere near clinical enough. League One is his limit.

90+5 Very little football has been played in injury-time, with all sorts of techniques being deployed to run the clock down. #cafc 0 #wwfc 1

90: Stockdale was clattered when punching clear a free-kick and needs treatment. The clock is still ticking.

Remember he's just back from having Covid so won't likely have trained much in the last two weeks either.

He's still a workhorse and his workrate moves him above several more technical players.

Of course it is a shame he's not a few inches more accurate.

Id hate to support a team like Wycombe or Accrington.

They make time wasting an art form

When we buy match tickets I thought we were getting them for a game of football - Not endless theatrics
  • With all of Wycombe's timewasting there should still be another 20 mins left to play ...

We might have a big squad but when you look at our options to change things we are very limited. Need to offload a few of this squad as the likes of Davison, Morgan, Kirk etc are for various reason just not good enough to warrant a squad number
