Gilbey - very important player in our midfield.

If you take Gilbey out and put Morgan in with Dobson then think Dobson looks like the "poor signing" from the first few games.

Similarly, put Watson in for Dobbo alongside Gilbey and don't think he'll look like the completely knackered codger we saw playing with Dobson and Morgan.
