Man City.

Big club, financially sound, potential to be top 5 with the right investment and management, chairman seems ok.

I thought City would struggle this year as they didnt sign anyone of real note, lost a 10-15 goals a season striker and finished last season poorly.

I reckon Curbs in by December and given a shedload to spend in January.

    I thought City were pretty short of cash hence the small number of signings in the summer.
