Gonna be loads pancakes in our house. Our youngest has invited his mates round to join in, though it's me that's got to make them. Just been to the local farm to pick up some lovely free range eggs (don't trust the supermarket offerings).0

I'll be doing my usual massacre of pancakes tonight. They may look untidy but they taste nice.

Mum bipolar diet will soon kick in with a low fat Joe Wicks healthy dinner followed by 28 pancakes dripping with sugar and golden syrup. Might chuck a cheeky one with vanilla ice cream for the palate1
