Really delighted to hear this news, Beds.
Don't forget, Chris Rea is a pancreatic cancer survivor from back in 2007, and while I didn't want to sound trite when you first posted the news, so is our dog!. You too will win this.7 -
Keep up the good fight Beds. 👊🏼1

Sending lots of positive vibes, Beds. Recovering from any major surgery is tough. We’re all cheering you on xx1

Hi Everyone.Latest update .This has been my toughest 25 days of my life but I’m going home on Sunday ! I’m so happyThey removed my pancreas , which had two large rare tumors and my spleen and I’m told it’s all gone and I’m unlikely to need any other treatment other than regular check ups ! Long rehabilitation to come and massive diabetic requirements for the rest of my life but I have a life and that’s what matters .I gather I’ve missed quite a bit in the last month regarding Charlton. I will be at The Valley for the first game of the season . The big C won’t keep me away !

That's great news mate. I've been type 1 diabetic for 40 years, a bit of a pain to get your head round at first but it just ends up becoming part of your daily routine. Good thing is with the advances in treatment/medicines over the years, you can now control it rather than it controlling you (within reason).
Feel free to drop me a line if you've got any questions/concerns.7 -
Awesome news... Great to hear your heading home shortly.
Not sure why you think you've missed anything to do with Charlton of late, been deadly quiet and boring1 -

Great stuff Beds. Must be buzzing to go home. Having to monitor what you eat more closely isn't 100% bad and might lead to a more healthy diet.1
