    Don't forget, Chris Rea is a pancreatic cancer survivor from back in 2007, and while I didn't want to sound trite when you first posted the news, so is our dog!. You too will win this.

    That's great news mate. I've been type 1 diabetic for 40 years, a bit of a pain to get your head round at first but it just ends up becoming part of your daily routine. Good thing is with the advances in treatment/medicines over the years, you can now control it rather than it controlling you (within reason).

    Great stuff Beds. Must be buzzing to go home. Having to monitor what you eat more closely isn't 100% bad and might lead to a more healthy diet.
