That’s proper odd. No reason to get involved if it’s anything like close to being completed.Only thing I can think of is that Garner is Plan B and they’re waiting on a decision from Plan A. They don’t want to upset Plan A by having it known they’re dealing with someone else. Even that isn’t particularly plausible1

The difference is Cawley is a local journalist reporting on matters Charlton. If he didn’t print such stories and waited until an official club announcement then effectively he’s out of a job. Plus he stands or falls on his stories. On the other hand there is no need for TS or his missus to comment at all, their comment should only be the official announcement. I find it totally unnecessary for them to comment at all, there is no need for them to confirm or deny any story/rumour. At this stage I think it’s very unlikely not to be Ben Garner. Raelynn is I assume undeniably correct in that no manager has signed but at this stage it’s semantics.34 -
This IMO, is the modern football -Based on sound defense with a good G P (think England WC win 1966) where he only has to deal with fairly easy shots from outside the box.Defending high so opposition attack, has to take the off side trap into consideration.The get stuck in part is the 'high press' when you lose, or havn't got the ball, Fitness is paramount. I dunno what formation this is, I only watch. I dont find the beautiful game boreing.in any of its forms Its always been skillfull scientific and technical to watch IMO. I just don't understand why this cannot be completed without the use of social media beforehand unless it's to issue a formal statement (which I don't believe would achieve anything anyway).
