Amidst the confusion and 'non announcement' announcements being announced, I'm losing the plot here. Isn't Ben Garner officially still under contract as Swindon Town manager, or is that one of the things that we know we don't know?
If he is, then surely he can't be working for us (yet).0 -
Officially or technically he isn't necessarily. If you read the press releases Swindon have made when Chorley left and the new bloke came in he wasn't named. Sausagedog111 broke the Garner story before everyone! According to the sausage, Garner was interviewed 2.5 weeks ago on the Saturday, and agreed to join us on the following Monday. Got that sorted, had a meeting with Gallen at the training ground, then buggered off on holiday while interclub negotiations rumbled on.5 -
