I suppose it might be possible to structure a pay deal with a terminal bonus based on promotion that might tempt him?

    If he was a WP problem in the UK he'll sign for a club in Germany/Italy etc where WP qualifications are less stringent.

    Well Fortune certainly does, not sure about ZZ. If he stays I'd imagine that would be a huge reason why.

    Esp since he has young kids, and even though we all moan about it, the sch service over here is great and private education is one of the best in the world over here.

    On the positive side I agree that the lure of London over anywhere else in the uk could help influence ZZ to stay but on the down side would ZZ and his advisors really want him to be playing third division football ? I doubt it myself and sadly expect him to leave.
