they have a shortlist of about 6 names, according to their Chairman.

Gary Speed is one (why?), Paul Tisdale (Exeter manager) is rumoured to be another . Both aidy Boothroyd and Guys Poyet have also thrown their hats into the ring.

No mention of the great Phil Parkinson being amongst the leading contenders.........strange that !

    He's quality, just signed on Tilson (his old assistant at Team Bath) to the coaching staff at City, doesn't sound like a man on the move so I'd rule him out.

    Certainly rule him out. Parky is here for certain next season.

    Becuase he's welsh and supports Swansea so why not.
