Morgan and Payne are joined on the bench by Craig MacGillivray, Deji Elerewe, Jake Forster-Caskey, Corey Blackett-Taylor and Chuks Aneke, who scored the equaliser in Tuesday’s cup tie with Stevenage.
Charlton: Wollacott; Chin, Lavelle, Inniss, Sessegnon; Rak-Sakyi, Dobson, Fraser, Campbell; Stockley (c), Kirk

Bit of a curveball team selection. Campbell and Kirk ahead of Payne and CBT. Payne in particular must been feeling a bit hard done by after his cup performance.1

Aneke, Payne and CBT are all better suited to coming off the bench IMO. Unfortunately it weakens the starting 11 at the same time. Address that and a defender or two in January and who knows.....2

Yep, very much agree with this. Aneke and CBT in particular are clearly exceptional players on there day, but neither have shown the ability to maintain high levels whilst starting games - either because of injuries or other factors.Cafc43v3r said:Aneke, Payne and CBT are all better suited to coming off the bench IMO. Checked my space cadet ,boffin , Molly coddled 16 year old has made it there , he would have contributed nothing on how to get there on the train .
