Keith Levine features in that and also gets a mention a few times in the Viv Albertine book.
Just a couple of weeks ago I worked at a show for Killing Joke (who put on a performance as good as their peak) and got chatting to them for a bit, they spoke quite a bit about that original PIL lineup, Jah Wobble and Levine, and The Ruts. They left when I asked what they thought of The Slits, said it all.2
