Of course I don't know for sure, but I think there is a possibility we are about to step up a level playing wise. The proof of the pudding is always in the eating though so I am looking at tomorrow and Tuesday and beyond as evidence I am right. It being Charlton, I am probably not.
  • Stockley is 17-2 to score first. Easy money.
  • Fleetwood at home is not the game you aspire to. They thoroughly deserve their place in L1 and good luck to them. Where they get their money from, who knows? But they have not spent it well. They have Stockley, we will win, 2-0 to the Addicks.

I suspect we will see Bonne deployed against back threes and Leaburn against back fours. I think Bonne's pace and mobility can cause more disruption against a three, and you saw that with the first goal last week. Whereas Leaburn dropping deep with two CBs means he can get joy there and draw them out of position more. Just a hunch.

I'd like Leaburn to come in for Bonne, but I won't be too bothered if Bonne starts. And knee permitting I'd like Sess to come in for Clare, who is an absolute madlad, sometimes he's brilliant, sometimes he's awful.

It's fun watching this team again. They're in every game. Even Bolton, who feel like our bogey team, we were by no means terrible, Bolton were just the better side on the day.

My only prediction is of course Stockley to score. Hope he gets a good reception too. No hard feelings toward him, he just didn't fit the team anymore.

Was in 2 minds about going today but with the takeover seemingly off & not witnessing a Stockley goal for ages I thought I'd make an appearance to cheer both events.

Just seen who the ref is too. The result is already a Shay.

    1-2

Thomas is at the game today, for the first time this year I believe.

Think we might be looking at a Golfie today.... Jayden to open the scoring and Leaburn with a late winner. COYA

Ah yes. We are not allowed all our forwards to be fit at the same time!
