On the BBC UK news website there's an article regarding 'tagging technology to track trash in London'.

Is that a Charlton badge in the picture of rubbish?

    Nice to know that technology is not being wasted. Meanwhile the search for a cure for cancer could do with a few quid.
    Far more important to snoop thru our rubbish instead though.
