    Don't know why he wants one as plays the game on his xbox at moment

    Depending on what your son wants to play though you can get a PC custom built for cheaper than a laptop but obvs you need a monitor (can use a TV though!). Even cheaper still if you build it yourself but it can be a bit of a minefield

    I took the option to build a PC myself after studying a few posters on YouTube. Bought a second hand graphics card as the prices were going through the roof 18 months ago and the rest new.

    Never built one before in my life and was apprehensive when I powered it up for the first time but it worked a treat, very satisfying and much cheaper than buying off the shelf
