I know this was a few weeks ago. But has anyone else seen this before at football. Even in the few mins I was queuing I noticed a few getting pulled over and searched. Looking for drugs ? Pyros ?

They had sniffer dogs on the turnstiles at old Trafford for our cup tie.5

Seems to be happening more and more frequently. They had them at Haydock Park races a couple of weeks ago.
Mind you the place would have been full of people from Liverpool and Manchester, so you can't blame them.2 -
Seem to remember it at Pompey a few years back. As others have said, similar to airport security, if you’re not hiding anything you ain’t got anything to worry about2

Its fairly common place now. Dog at Derby was particularly wowed by my Issay Miyake and gave it a ‘woof woof’6

Good, not bothered about pyros but football is no place for hard drugs, too many kids around. I hope the sentences dished out are steep and banning orders put in place.0

I went to Spurs vs Man City a couple of weeks back (long story) - sniffer dogs for cars going in their underground car park - both were English Springer Spaniels, which as some here know I have 2 of - didn’t go down well when I started petting them etc !!!
The dogs loved the attention though1 -
So they aren’t after my sandwiches and flask of bovril then ?1
-
Clearly did feck all at Old Trafford seeing as some were openly sniffing cocaine next to me on the tram platform after the game 🙄0

They have been at football for a few years, they had them at the MEN for the Groves v Eubank junior fight and the little bastards nearly got my mate the glove treatment. They could smell his dog and to be fair to the copper handling the dog the look on his face told me he wasn't in the mood to be putting any of his fingers up my mates dung funnel4

I don't blame anyone for trying to escape reality at the Valley this season.1

Now that drugs at football are seen as a footballing offence, expect more sniffer dogs to get the number of arrests up5

Was at the match and never seen it before.
The guy in front of me got pulled over and claimed not sure why as I don't have anything. The dog handler claimed that she has lost count how many times she has heard that. Mind she looked like she had been on drugs.
I got searched going in by a female steward, thought it had to be same sex etc. She soon stopped when I stated I was enjoying it as she gave the bloke before a good rub down.0 -
Not that I Have anything to hide but a steward can fuck right off if they think they are searching me2

Remember reading there’s been increases in incidents at football this season which includes drug usage, make sure you have your last blast in the pub kids.

Not dogs at Derby but Dogs at the airport. We came back from a holiday in Aruba and were waiting to collect our luggage. All of a sudden I had this dog sniffing my arse and I get a tap on the shoulder. I get the ‘would you mind accompanying us to the station’ type request. To cut a long story short, I had about $2k in cash in my back pocket. It’s money I took to use in the casino but lost my bottle when I saw $100 go down the drain in 30seconds. Anyway the dog picked up the scent of the notes and I was questioned about where I got it from. At least I didn’t get the electric shock treatment or a German dentist drilling a hole in my tooth (one for the oldies on here)2

I always stick mine up my arse when I go in.
And I don’t touch drugs either.6 -
Agree re airports sniffer dogs all over the place, what surprised me (although thinking about it shouldn’t have done) was that they where also operating in around the cruise terminals.0
