Remote access electric gates

Can anyone help with some advice regarding remote access electric gates?
Ring do a great product which is a combined mobile-access doorbell and electric gate controller.
So, like a Ring Doorbell, someone can walk up to the gates and press the button and instigate a two-way video call with the person the other side of the door (or the other side of the world). But it also remotely operates the electric gates. So, if, say, a gardener rocks up to a house with electric gates, the owner can let them in, wherever they are in the world, as long as they are connected to the Ring app.
However, they only sell them in the States.
So, do any wise or knowledgeable Lifers know of a product that acts like a Ring doorbell, but also gives you the ability remotely to open electric gates?

My sister had some electric gates as part of a sophisticated security system - members of the travelling community nicked them for scrap.6

There's lots of different systems, you'll also need an ethernet connection to the gates, I wouldn't rely on wifi personally.
I'd separate and have a normal gate entry system, you can set different codes and control via phone apps, I'd then run a separate security camera.
