Accommodation in Camberwell/Peckham needed for art students

Two 2nd year students, house trained, need somewhere to live while attending Chelsea and Camberwell Art Schools from September 

All sensible help/suggestions appreciated

    If you just want standard accommodation for them I would recommend trying these guys....really decent landlord and nice properties. They always used to be pretty affordable (comparative to most) but don't know if that remains the case today.  They are in Elephant + Castle so not too far away.
