Watched the 4 episodes - excellent cast and pretty gripping.
  • We watched Sixth Commandment last night, watched the first episode and my girlfriend found it too upsetting so I guess I'll be watching the rest on my own haha.

Same for me. Mrs SB baled after the first episode so I watched the rest myself during a bout of insomnia. Absolutely brilliant acting all round although not the cheeriest thing to watch at three in the morning.
  • It's clear that the Fanackapans never do things by halves....

Watched World on Fire series 2, episode 1 on Sunday when it was aired, then the remaining 5 last night.

Won't be everyone's cup of tea but we found it enjoyable enough to keep us interested until 1am this morning.

The actor playing Ben Field was really good - very convincing.

  • Currently enjoying traitors Australia. There's life in the format yet

Have only watched the first episode so far.
Feels like too big a group, but time will tell for me.

I do find it's hard to figure out who is who at first. On third or fourth episode (they blend into one) and it's heating up nicely. I'm sure there will be a few twists. Just make sure you avoid any spoilers

I was put off by the cardboard scenery.
  • Currently enjoying watching Crime on ITV. Adaptation of an Irvine Welsh novel. Set in Edinburgh (sub titles could be useful at times  :)). Diverse team of off the wall detectives trying to track a serial killer.
  • Hooked on silo - loving the mystery so far, 6 EPs in
  • Mayans MC finished this week, last ever episode and a very high body count

This series I kept getting the feeling the producers had pulled money from it but they did have some big set pieces. It was a good ending however I cant help but feel it seemed rushed.

If you enjoyed Sons of Anarchy which I recommend to anyone you will like Mayans, gives a different angle and the actors have a genuine depth

Watched it last night - excellent.
  • Another 2 evenings dedicated to an American series at Fanackapan Towers.

Rabbit Hole - 8 episodes to take you on a thrilling journey, punctuated by unexpected twists & turns, with Kiefer Sutherland as the lead character. A tad complicated at times ( well, for me, anyway) but well worth sticking with.

May be available on other channels but we downloaded the series from Paramount Plus.

Good series, despite dodgy scottish accents at times.

Certainly are. Some great characters and an interesting storyline. Ken Stott looking a bit weird!
  • 1923 on paramount.  Avoiding the 2 dodgy accents (by english actors) its very entertaining. Prequal to yellowstone but follows themes of the era really well.

  • Just started season 1 of Manifest and seems ok.

I see there are 4 series - is it gonna be worth the investment of time ?
  • anyone got any recommendations similar to severance, silo type shows?
  • Just finished the 2nd series of From on Sky....no idea what is going on, but relatively entertaining.

Also finally got round to starting Dead Loch on Prime. Been on my list for a while. First few episodes were pretty good. Mixture of dark humour and crime drama.
  • Watching The Bear right now. Good entertainment. Series 2 a lot more light hearted than the first
  • Finished all 6 episodes of WOLF on iPlayer which started on Sunday on BBC1.

Would thoroughly recommend - challenging at times as to what's really going on but twists & turns with moments of illumination make it intriguing and well worth watching.

Gets a bit tedious in my opinion.

thought this would be right up my street Fanny, but watched the first episode and hated it !

    Found it really disjointed
