Words are easy. Shame his actions didn't match those words.
Be interesting to see how many of the backroom staff, who have had to endure his actions, whether directly or indirectly, agree with your assessment.

I assume CM will be on a wage after the statement he made about the things he will do for the club
Not seen his statement, but the whole point of the takeover (using other peoples money) is so him & his cronies get a wage & of course the payoff at the end of the day for his shares which I assume is his fee for putting the takeover together.
    Is it?
Well I assume so. Of course maybe he has some deep affection for the Addicks & has put this consortium together out of the goodness of his heart.

Perhaps after what went before him it was inevitable that a character like Thomas was not going to provide the stability we needed. Larger than life and allowed his excitement in owning a football club to cloud his obvious business nous. Not appointing a CEO and going hands on  and having his son in a position for which he was painfully ill equipped and qualified was just ludicrous. He allowed a culture of bullying to exist and that for me is the worst thing about the TS tenure. Without him and his over the top persona we might not have a club to support so I thank him for that. Not sorry he’s departed. He bit off far more than he could chew and wasn’t smart enough to get the professional help he needed.

Surprised that Andy Scott has not been named in the Technical Director role. Wonder if that's just a brief delay or there'll be more of a surprise? Perhaps linked with an exit plan for Steve Gallen, whom I hope is treated with due respect.

Happy with the structure. Happy that the football club board is comprised of SMT plus two non-Execs - Elliott and one minority shareholder a Charlton supporter.  Shows thinking has gone into it whether you agree with it or not.

Contrast with TS with no effective board, no accountability and him running everything,

They are just shareholders, not board members running the club.

Well now we know who’s got investment. Combined that looks quite a bit of dollar, but more importantly there looks like we have people on the ground that know football.

Can't comment on what it's like to work for Thomas or his family.

But, as far as his relationship with the Club? - IMO it took someone with the very attributes that then went towards making him a bit of an arse, to take on and see off ESI and Farnell etc.

Proof will be in the laying for the new owners, let's see where this goes

A farewell message from me to you Tommy boy.
Take your guitar and shove it up yer arse and fuck off as far away as you can from Charlton.

You snotgobling shit weasel  narsacistic  delusional wanker.
Hate it when people sit on the fence and dont say what they mean
Just say it as I see it.
Had he listened to people who know about football he would have put proper football people in to run the club.
Instead he put his son and girlfriend into jobs they had no right to be in .
He's a prick in my eyes.
Ouch! I bet they are watering.  :D

Closest we’ve had to a proper football structure in a while. Although that’s not hard.
