Can't believe more clubs haven't used this 'line' to get rid of the wasters from their wage bill. With so much supposed corruption in football and stupid contracts virtually wrecking some clubs the temptation to slip a player a bit of charlie and then threaten him with internal test results must be enormous. In fact i'd put money on it having taken place to some high profile players in this country.

Mutu wants to borrow the imortal words used by Frank McAvennie. . . .

"Och c'mon, it was only a wee bit of charlie"

Is anyone thinking that we should of/have planted some drugs on some of our ex-players : - )

Ridiculous. They binned him out because he wasn't the 30 goal a season goal machine that the idiot Russian imagined him to be, based on his previous season. Nothing to do with his ching-ing. This is an idiotic club using the courts to insure itself against its many bad purchases. If Terry or Fattyboomboom had been done for coke, they'd have gone straight into supporting them through such a difficult time. Football is sickeningly bent.

Let's not forget they sacked him then started whining like stuck pigs when he got picked up by a decent club.
