Dog......but the OS says he is a bear so it must be true.....so Harvey must be a giraffe

    He is a dog, but we call him a bear to get round the dangerous dogs act which would have a dog as big as him muzzled. As far as I know it is not necessary to muzzle a grizzly bear in a public place.
