Why give Woakes a third over here?1

Woakes doing what Woakes does.
Dangerous in England

Well I think it's safe to say that this pitch offers very little to seamers. Here's hoping the spinners find a lot more.
73-1 off 9
England 4.20
NZ 1.300 -
Wonder what odds Wood was for returning figures of 3-0-38-00
-
It will be bad enough losing but a thrashing would do absolutely nothing for our NRR especially against one of the teams that we might well be competing against for a top four spot0
-
154-1 off 200

Positive thought. The reality is that we probably need to win 7 of the next 9 to qualify now0 -
According to Cricinfo, Ravindra has just broken the record for the fastest century for NZ in a World Cup. The previous record was set by ... Conway a few overs ago.1

England 2.02
NZ 1.960 -
Shocking really. Hopefully the required look in the mirror will come as a result of this - not good enough.0
-
NZ win by 9 wickets with 13.4 overs to spare. Our batting was poor in terms of shot selection, our bowling all over the place in execution and even our normal outstanding fielding was somewhat average. Apart from that we were better than NZ in every single department.1
-
NZ win by 9 wickets with 82 balls to spare.
Unbeaten partnership of 273 sees them to the target. Rough. Need to see a response in the next game.0 -
Another fun stat from Cricinfo - a team that made 11 double-digit scores has just lost to a team that didn't make any at all (two centuries and a duck).6

The 100 needs ditching! I've never watched a game, it's all too...American!
Just a perceived money spinner for the ECB does fuck all for cricket or enhancing performance....pile of shite!6 -
The England NZ series in September followed a similar pattern of one sided games between the teams, after years of close battles1
-
Pakistan struggling. Against the spin of the Netherlands! Both Fakhar and more to the point Babar gone
34-2 off 8.31 -
Make 38-3. Imam-ul-Haq gone0
-
The least-surprising shock result of the tournament is on the cards..!0
-
Not any more, probably0
-
Pakistan appear to lose more wickets in clusters than any other team. Currently 188-6 off 32 and those 6 wickets have fallen for 47 runs over two periods of batting.0
-
Just the 8 bowlers used by Holland so far.
252/7

And now two wickets in two balls
252-8 off 43.50
