    Ralfi Hand was released by Gillingham after being there from 9-16 so he joined Kinetic academy for about 6 months before having his trial at Charlton. The best Kinetic boys represented Corinthian Casuals in the time he was there and won may games in the FA youth cup including a penalty shootout against Welling when Hand score the winning pen. Joe Aribo spent 3 seasons at Kinetic while being coached and going to school. Deji spent a short time at Kinetic academy before joining Cafc. Kwadro Baah ex Rochdale( 2 goals at the valley !) Now on loan at Burton from Watford and many more at various pro clubs trying to make it.

    Ralfi is another Dartford boy and played in school football with Daniel Kanu.

    Steve Avory has said some good words about Ralfi and Kinetic on Charlton TV.

    He also played schools football with Henry Hearn who is a promising striker. Unfortunately he joined the spanners.

    I went to School with a Charley Hearn who made some brief appearances for Millwall

    I think there must be some connection. Charley later played for Fisher and Erith & Belvedere.

    I haven't seen him play very much.
    My impression is he is an industrious midfielder, but I haven't figured out his USP.
