As I mentioned there is going to be a lot of transactions this month, in and out of the club. I honestly think these owners want to a big go at, I get to fans are once bitten twice as shy, and want instant success, but personally I feel we need to give them a bit of time, they haven’t done anything alarmingly wrong at the moment. They have a strategy and a plan, and it is certainly bette than the last few owners that’s for sure!As I go back, there is a base on here would only be happy if it was Varney that took over!It is a big month for Scott, if no improvement then we deserve to go after him, but at the moment the jury is out for me!

There’s a difference between a slow CB like Pearce who was part of a promotion team but didn’t have enough to remain a Championship player and someone like Gary Doherty who by the time he played for us was too slow for L1.
Both had won L1 promotions before playing for us, comes down to our recruitment team being confident Gillesphey’s legs haven’t gone and aren’t going any time soon. Believe he’s played LB and left side of a back three which is a good sign, a CB with no pace at all would usually struggle in those positions.0 -
Knowing our recruitment team, he'll be slower than Doherty. I have absolutely no faith in them bringing the right players in. Well yes but if Peterborough know they've got bids of say 8m+ on the table for Edwards they are probably in less of a rush to accept 400k for JCH. They're probably thinking they'll just wait and see if they get an increased panic offer nearer the deadline for him, and if not then at worst they'll take 300-400k on deadline day.ShootersHillGuru said:
