Was it mentioned before, maybe by @Swisdom that he had a habit of being pretty brutal with the youth players?
From reading this it seems he was just a bully with what appears to be a bit of a god complex. I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up in the middle east to try and rebuild his career because nobody over here will touch him with a barge pole now.
Silly man4 -
Feel a bit ill after reading that. Horrible0

Absolute rotter1

Wrong un, shocking behaviour.1

Whoever was there at the time made a mistake in allowing him to apologise in person, so there's another learning thing. Has he been working for us up until now? Surprising that he wasn't suspended pending the outcome, given the seriousness of what he was accused of.0
-
It’s also quite disturbing to read that the two complainants feel that what happened might have a negative impact on their own careers. If that’s the perception of women trying to carve out a career in football then football really does need to take a long hard look at itself.6

Should be banned for life.0 -

How did we end up with a person like that at the club.I hope any female members of our club are offended support, if they had to interact with this odious person.0
-
It’s sexual assault, clear as day - should be a lifetime ban - not sure why the 2 ladies didn’t go to the Police, as there were plenty of witnesses - do we know which country this was in ?Dreadful, disgusting behaviour1

Serious questions have to be asked of our club why he was not suspended pending the outcome of the investigation14

Pretty rotten if so. Horrible experience for the victims and I hope they get the support they deserve/may probably need. A stain on our club that bloke.

That was quite a shocking read. The FA will be obliged to report that to the DBS and rightly so. His employment options not just in football will be limited in this country.1

Will this not be prosecuted/ pursued by the police?! The transcript suggests a crime if proven guilty that I would imagine carries a pretty meaningful prison sentence, not just a ban from coaching football!0

Awful behaviour. Hopefully never gets another job in football even after his ban has finished.1

I would certainly think twice about going to the police even in this country over a similar assault, knowing how the system works in England where victims are required to turn over their phones for months to prove they were not messaging the perpetrator before the incident, and criticised for what they were wearing as being provocative, etc, etc - never mind in a different country where I probably don't speak the language and have no idea of police culture over such matters.
I sincerely hope the victims are able to retain their anonymity, because if their names get spread by the grapevine there will always be some unreconstructed neanderthals who will regard them as either trouble makers or fair game, to the detriment of their future professional careers.
