    We have bid for Collins
not accepted as of a few days ago but all is not lost on that one.  He was interested.
I doubt he's so keen now we're in serious danger of relegation.

A player of his ilk is badly needed going forward. Fingers crossed for two or three players of quality before the deadline

A player of that level wont sign here without a manager so best hope early next week we appoint one and get collins done in the last couple days🤞🏻🤞🏻

What’s the point in signing him now? Just wait until the summer surely
    I have a theory 😂

get him signed now without a relegation release clause otherwise he might not agree to play l2 football in the summer
It’s also possible he’s better than Tennai Watson, even with a broken ankle.
Tennai has played quite well the last couple of games.

if we if we want to progress we need to be signing quality players like Blackpool’s Dembele.

Agreed kept the best winger in league one out the game yesterday .. and was our best player on Tuesday … he been good all season people forget his age plus playing 433 got no support from Campbell or CBT in front of him

He was excellent real pain kept finding the little pockets of space impossible to mark ….take him and CJ Hamilton every day of the week

Need to beat clubs like Blackpool to signings like that rather than sign players from them (though in his case he’s only on loan to them).

Dembele was so hyped at 14-15 and then it never really worked out for him at Celtic. Surprised to see he's on loan from a French Ligue 2 side.

  • Just had a message from a Rovers fan, apparently Wrexham have made an approach for Collins, didn’t say whether it was for Phil or James..

Judging by yesterday our best signing would be a new contract for Dobson.

Owen Moxon has said he won't sign a new contract at Carlisle, his current one runs out in the summer. Decent L1 freebie in the summer.  CM where we are well stocked but Fiorini, Bakinson, Fraser and McG I suspect will all be gone in the summer.

Pompey and Blackpool both interested in him but in the summer we will all be equal if we stay up and show decent form for the rest of the season

They turned down 700,000 from us so not going to accept 600,000

It’s a lot of money but I think 800k would get him. Whether he’d come here or not is a different matter.
  • Screaming out for a mobile and creative number 10, really hope we can get Collins but if Bolton are interested I can’t see it happening now sadly.

Yeah I think Bolton ultimately win out here , I just hope we have other options lined up that can play that No10 role

If we stump up the money and Bolton don’t match it, we’re in the driving seat. He’d be great for us I think, just not sure I can see the owners spending that much on a player right now. In future, yes, but not sure I can see them doing it in this window.

Owen Moxon sounds like an oxymoron as there’s a deafening silence about his possible transfer

Obviously depends on the clubs having a bid accepted but if he's left with a choice of us or Bolton, then i can't see why he'd choose us.

Potentially could try and sell to him that he'd walk into our side, but at Bolton they have a good enough team already and he'll likely have some competition for his place.

I look at Bolton's attacking options bar their strikers who are a regular topic on here and there's definitely a good spot there for Collins. Ideal re-enforcement for a side that can still win the league.

Admin, please deal with all the posts encouraging people not to engage in criticism of Ronnie Moore and Reams. They are clogging up the thread.

We did not bid £700k.  Stop making stuff up.
So this comment can stay yet I prove that I did not make anything up and it’s deleted .. it would be only right that this incorrect statement from Swisdom be removed as it been proved that we did make 700 k bid
