You can break the history of Charlton Women's FC into 3 eras
The post 2007 era when the Community Trust took control after board cut the funding following the men's relegation.
The 2000 to 2007 era when Croydon WFC became Charlton and were very successful.
And the often now unacknowledged pre-2000 era. This is a women's programme from the earlier era.
Millwall were one of the top female teams at the time.
No idea of the result so of anyone knows let us know.
Anyone know what the players went on to do?

I know a lady who knew some of the players, played herself. She's not in touch with any of the players now but is happy to be put in touch with somebody. She is in fact a member of the CACT walking football group.
Another of the group played for Charlton Ladies in 70's but doesn't have any memorabilia, do you have anything?0 -
Played at Slade Green FC - long since defunct club - ground is still there but derelict1

According to a history of the club that Charlton Ladies wrote for their league in 2001, a bit after we'd parted ways with them, they were founded in 1986 as "Kidbrooke 856 FC", becoming "Charlton Ladies" in 1992. They were never formally part of the club but they were "our" team for 8 years until the Croydon merger which they weren't part of. They won the Kent County Cup the year after this final.0
