    when you are up there, is there anything that tells you what buildings/landmarks you can see ?

    when took the kids a few years ago on the London Eye, found it to be a bit boring - no information, maps etc in the pods.

    No, nothing, but we can all pick out at least 10 landmarks.
    We were up there about 75 minutes, but you could stay until 6 pm closing time if you wished.

    Chanced my arm at a walkup today as I was in the office.

    I thought the Sky Garden was high before!
