There is a fantastic double page in the I newspaper by Kevin Garside.It focuses on the work that Steve Avory does. One of the things that stood out is the influence of Joe Gomez’s dad whose involvement is invaluable when talking to other parents.
I did try to download the article without success, maybe someone may have better luck than me as it is an excellent piece.
If England do well, I reckon there will be quite a bit of coverage on our academy. Kevin Garside has set the ball rolling.

Yes, only 32 (thought he was older and well retired). Playing in the Turkish super league and played over 30 games last season. So I have subbed him in the 11 I had originally for Ajayi then. Starts to nudge it to a team that would have a chance of surviving in the PL with the right side being the weak side0 -

Players like Ajayi and Beadle aren’t going to be sold for under £1m. Ajayi’s still playing plenty of games in the Championship and Beadle’s been on loan at that level despite being 19.0

McGinty has been up in Scotland for a few years. He's at Ayr United at the moment in the Championship. So he managed to turn it around after a turbulent time in his younger days.usetobunkin said:1 -
