Come On You Reds

This from New Scientist magazine:

Playing in red gives a team a significant advantage. Research by evolutionary anthropologists shows that referees favour teams in red and "football teams whose first choice kit is red finish higher in the league on average and win more home games than teams in other colours". All goes back to innate animal dominance behaviour apparently, as observed not just in primates but even new-born finches.

Interesting, eh? What do you think? Anyone?.........

Oh alright then. Who thinks there will be a takeover this week?

Well, Man.U, Arsenal & L'pool haven't done too badly, but how many teams in our division could it apply to?

I'm just living up to our reputation for nerdy behaviour, in an ironic way of course.

I don't even know who else plays in red. We did win our only world cup in that strip.

Barnsley would be playing in some minor Yorkshire league if they didn't wear red. FACT.
