    Wonderful tribute from Andy Marshall in the SLP this morning. Had me weeping.

    I haven’t seen any cause of death, does anyone know?

    I know a high level journalist who is pretty certain the cause of death was self inflicted but its not out there in the public domain and probably isn't likely to ever be fully revealed anyway.

    Have read today that Millwall are retiring the number 20 shirt and also putting a mural at The Den out of respect and to keep him remembered.
    A lovely gesture by the club.
