    Great and heartwarming story. Donkey finds his adopted family.

    Would be interesting to know how readily the Elks accepted him as a different species? Clearly didn’t see the donkey as a threat and interesting that they can tell the difference between threat and no threat.

    Think they meant trekking as opposed to hiking. They do it in France. There's a swampy family who live near my place, even take their two kids down the supermarket on two donkeys and bring shopping back on em.
