Am I being too mean to a club which in every other aspect has pleased me today with its signings and more importantly its retentions by getting thoroughly hacked off with the performance of the website? I cannot believe that despite the more than usual hits it is inevitably receiving tonight that they have more or less thrown in the towel due to a "heavy load". This is always the case for post match reports and reactions, transfer news etc and it's totally frustrating for us news hungry addicks. God knows what will happen if and hopefully when the Takeover happens...we might not get to hear about it from the OS for months at this rate! Come on the tech guys working behind the scenes,sort it out and speed up the server.

My guess is the budget doesn't stretch to a server up grade!0

Days like today are always going to bring ridiculous surges in traffic. I'd rather the club kept its money rather than spend out for servers that will be barely used 350 days of the year.0
