Gassan Ahadme has left Town to join Charlton Athletic for an undisclosed fee.

    It's not on the OS yet, but the Charlton twitter feed has put the Nathan Jones "Transfer!" video clip up, so I assume it'll be up soon.
    ETA and in the time it took me to type that, they'd put it up...

    The most exciting signing so far imo. Think he’s going to be good 
    4 year deal too so planning for the future

    I think that will be tested throughout pre season but Godden or Kanu for me 

    Chucks should only be used as an impact sub and Leaburn needs to be put back in slowly following the injury

    Well, in Jones we trust: they have access to a lot more information than we do. Four year contract and reportedly a big transfer fee is a big statement. But stats don't suggest he is the trusted goalscorer we need. 0 assists last season as well. Couldn't really get in the Burton team the season before. Confused by this signing and can't see why such a large fee was needed for him.

    Let's hope he does a lot better for us than for his previous clubs.

    Unit with presence I'd describe him.
     I like the look of him. Will give us the bit off steel up top we've so desperately needed
    Knows where the goal is. Scores from set pieces and can take a penalty.
