Viagogo

Absolute crooks... If anyone is thinking of getting tickets for the Euros through Viagogo... don't. Got all the way to Frankfurt having been assured that if the seller didn't provide tickets that they would step in and provide alternatives on the morning of the game. Kept calling all the way up to kickoff and was assured they would come and they never did. Now having a fucking nightmare trying to get hold of a real person to action the refund. Joke of a company

Not after sympathy, still had a blinding weekend, but thought I'd post something up incase anyone on here was thinking of using them.

More pissed off at myself as I had tickets ordered through a reliable tout I'd used before and then saw these cheaper and got them instead!

https://www.ticombo.com/en. Try these instead, they're German based and never had a problem with them for games, fucking extortionate though

Funnily this is the second post I've seen about that company, after seeing a random Taylor Swift post on reddit about someone being screwed out of tickets to see her, whether thats a blessing or a curse remains to be seen

Yet feels like a Company well worth avoiding.

I recently placed some spare Foo Fighters tickets with them which they said they had sold. They then failed to give me the buyer details until an email today told me i had until yesterday to transfer the tickets.

    Should rename thread as Vianogo.

I'm sorry, I could not resist the poor joke.  I hope you get your money back quickly and you go on to enjoy the rest of your trip.

Companies like this make me sick.

I honestly can’t recommend Twickets highly enough.  Have used them to buy and sell tickets over the last few years and never had a problem with them.

I've not used Viagogo for nearly 10 years.
I sold match tickets for a Barcelona H game, (the fixture date was switched).
I got paid for 2 of the 3.
The 3rd wasn't paid out as the buyer claimed they couldn't access the stadium.
Either the buyer lied or Viagogo imo, but they wouldn't do anything about it.

Had a couple of tickets for the Kaiser Chiefs at Margate for tomorrow evening, both of us have tested for Covid in the last few days. Downloaded the Twickets app and put the tickets on there. Sold them and money in my account within 25 minutes.

Great result. And the added bonus is that you don’t have to watch the Kaiser Chiefs.

eBay is similar, always backs the buyer no matter how clearly a scammer they are.
