  • Should have made a platinum game, tickets priced £40. Just for Wrexham and their fans.
Poor sods are every teams gold game this year and their fans are going to be paying through the nose.

Orient, maybe as we are a Gold game at Brisbane Road, where the matchday price will be £37.00.

Wrexham should tell clubs to shove their tickets.
Advance on the capital for our game and if the games on tele for our game watch it on the tele in the pubs up town.

Orient have made Charlton category AA, their highest priced one.

And to me this is where the problem is.
We have a core of 7000 that will renew a season ticket regardless, but I imagine the figures are not great for other sales.
If we could make prices a maximum of £25 a game then season tickets would be reduced accordingly.  I would like to think you would get an increase in season ticket sales and gates would increase accordingly.

you have just said that 7000 will renew regardless, if we reduce those prices "guaranteed" revenue falls, and we then have to hope that the additional sales encouraged by reduced prices outweighs that drop in revenue. I don't see that too many people will change their mind and buy if we drop prices by £100+, not when we are playing shit football in the third division, and you can't park.

Honestly think £28 to watch league one football is a rip off even £25 is on the high side

    £20 is plenty

in comparison i am watching Europa Conference football next week for just £15

Flying to Finland to save 13 quid sounds nuts.

The EFL need to follow the PL and have a maximum price for away tickets. That might stop all this premium price nonsense that clubs get away with.

We’re from London so probably earn more than most (with a higher cost for living granted) I don’t know why teams don’t rinse our mingey away support,  who will go regardless, for  a few more quid cos they can afford it being from London ,
and bang it up even more if they’re a new ground that we’ve not been to for a while
    load of Cnut
oh let’s get some more dough out of fans with shittier kick off times

How do these prices compare to last year Incidentally?
Also is the £3 extra for hour before KO the same as last year - sounds higher.

so other than Gold the increase for an adult in zone 2 (where most seats are) is £1 to £27. Doesn't sound unreasonable.

£27 in the NU or £32 in most of the West is an absolute piss take. We better have a good opening month or this will turn into a shit show very quickly. Absolutely mental prices, or maybe im just a tight bastard... but at that price i doubt il do more than 5 games this season including my localish aways.
