Screen Time Limit On Your Iphone

Hi hope someone can help, I haven’t really taken much time looking at notifications that pop up on my phone, and was quite shocked how much I spend on social media, checking emails, WhatsApp’s etc, and have managed to set daily limits on certain apps etc.

Can you  / how do you , set daily limits on how much time you spend on Charlton Life, would be good if there was a bit in the settings etc, of how long you could spend on here each day, as it is quite addictive!

    I don't think there's a way of setting it for a certain website, the only work around would be to set it for an app like Opera and then only using that browser to navigate to Charlton Life

    There is an app you can use - created by William Power I believe.

    If this can be done, can it also be set on other people's devices? I have a few candidates.

    There's an app called Screen Time, it's available on both Android and IOS.

    It was originally designed for parents to monitor children's screen time. I would imagine it works equally as well for those who want to monitor their own activity.

    I've never used it, so cannot comment on its functionality.

    If it’s an iPhone go to settings then screen time.

    Downtime and app limits should be able to do what you need
