Good pics, Stig.
Particularly enjoyed the sequence of Lloyd Sam scoring the wonder goal.
And Rob Elliott doing the Chrissie Powell jack-in-the-box trick!

Stig, is this your camera work ?
If so, i suspect i was two seats to your left, if you was the guy in Block M, North Upper, 1st row in front of the steps, with the impressive zoom :-)0 -
Very good. Certainly not of the dump are you?0

Cheers. If I'm not mistaken you're normally the noisiest one in our row aren't you.0 -
yes. though the area is getting sparser and sparser. One by one, i'm forcing them all away. Can't understand why. Personally, I think i'm funny......

Thanks very much, and thanks to everyone for your positive comments.
The camera is a Canon EOS 400d, which was at the time I bought it the bottom of the Canon range of DSLRs (now superceded by the 450, the 500 and the even cheaper 1000). The lens is a Tamron 300mm; just about the cheapest of the long zooms.0 -

Nice pics...
If ever you want to make a step up in quality have a look at this lense, my son has it and the zoom quality us amazing...
Canon EF-S 55-250 lense...0 -
Thanks for the tip RedZed.0

It may have been superceded but it still takes a good picture. As a matter of interest, have you just got a very steady hand or do you rest the zoom on the napper of the bloke in front of you?0
