Second left at the bottom, is that Stanley Baker?Algarveaddick said:
Eclectic bunch of celebs from the 70s. I knew who all of them were, except the young lad - until I read who he was.
At the risk of sounding like the old fart I am, today it would be a bunch of no-marks from shit "reality" shows and soap operas...

The reason I knew who Neil Reid was is because I was told I looked like him at that ageAlgarveaddick said:

I might have known somewhere in the back of my mind that Duane Doberman was Benny the Ball. Such a shame that Maurice Gosfield died so early, a real talent.Algarveaddick said:

Whitby 'filled in' by drones.
Brilliant

That Whitby photo is amazing. I wonder was is a few drones shot in in time lapse and then digitally combined or was it a mass drone event? That would have been spectacular.0

I imagine a massive drone event. I believe there's a bit of kit now where you can essentially program each drone to be a "pixel" and map out where the "canvas" is, and from there it's actually a fairly simple process (relatively speaking of course) to then input what picture or shape you want to display. Disney do it for their nightly firework displaysStig said:That Whitby photo is amazing. I wonder was is a few drones shot in in time lapse and then digitally combined or was it a mass drone event? As stunning as the picture is. I saw an article that said it was photoshop. The photo was so good I wanted to learn more about it and found this.“DRIFT says it hopes to one day create their sculptures in real life, with actual drones.”0

What a pointless stat, it looks impressive yes, but there's no point in a circular building, especially as it's not a circle, it's a disc on its edge, surely a circular building would be built like The Globe theatre?0
